The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Controller to continue to drive forward the UK’s eCommerce business for our portfolio of brands whilst also playing a key role in shaping our overall European eCommerce Strategy working alongside our European CoE.

Aswell as leading and delivering the P&L with our direct eCommerce business in the UK including Amazon and our D2C site, this role will also lead the overall UK eCommerce strategy including our Social Commerce strategy, execution across our traditional Bricks and Mortar customers and all other new opportunities within this space

  • Drive sustainable profitable growth within the Amazon account, collaborating with our CoE, Search and execution partners to agree and execute the AVN.
  • Continue to grow our UK Online Specialty customers
  • Lead the UK Social Commerce strategy, working with the likes of Tik Tok Shop, Instagram
  • Own the execution on the UK D2C site.
  • Establish relationships and become the expert within our sector within the Grocery and high Street customers working alongside their online teams.
  • Coach and develop the eCommerce team.

The Skills you will bring to the team

  • Experienced sales operator: with Amazon/eCommerce expertise being essential.
  • Leadership: able to envision the multifunctional team (sales, marketing, supply) behind the external opportunity, and then engage, energize and enable the team to execute the plan. Able to establish a process that enables better execution and secures buy in from the team.
  • Operates with discipline: well organized and able to project manage to ensure end to end execution.
  • Strategic: and intentional to optimize value and brand offtake via superior external execution
  • Strong relationship builder: able to deliver with and through other experts and collaborate multifunctionally.
  • Adaptable: able to manage ambiguity and lead in a constantly changing environment
