Job Summary
Responsible for facilitating execution of daily Operations/Supply Chain activities aimed at timely and accurate SAP data entry to support operations minimizing inventory and data inaccuracies.
Essential Functions
- Support Operations entering and managing SAP transactions for batch processes.
- Responsible for assisting and backing up the Inventory Control specialists
- Run and distribute appropriate SAP or BW Inventory Reports
- Coordinate and provide documents as required to fulfill customer requirements.
- Follow up daily on status of repack orders to ensure on time delivery
- Facilitate daily Operations meeting. Ensure proper actions are noted and follow up occurs.
- Responsible for creating documents for submitting new blends for kosher certification
- Assist in the movement and blocking of aging and expiring materials
- Collaborate with Finance on cycle count reconciliation, inventory adjustments and reports as needed
- Assist with the maintenance SAP transactions as needed.
- Assist in processing internal sample requests as needed
- Assist when needed with customer needs/services within Supply Chain and Operations
- Work and communicate effectively with cross-functional areas. Including, but not limited to, Purchasing, Quality Control, Warehouse, Production and Sales
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

Additional Functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Timely and accurate completion and distribution of Daily/Weekly reports
- Review of feedback from C/S and Sales regarding customer satisfaction pertaining to receipt of documents
- Quarterly review of ingredient blocked stock and aging stock for accuracy
Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Industry experience in a manufacturing environment of food or Nutraceuticals preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including overtime when needed.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of personnel with the utmost professionalism.
- Must have demonstrably strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), to include speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while remaining productive at all times.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and possess team-based problem solving skills.
- Must be results focused and oriented toward accomplishment of team and organizational goals.
- Ability to handle multiple, rapidly changing and conflicting priorities.
- Ability to stay positive and calm in difficult and/or trying circumstances.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including overtime when needed
- Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. High proficiency in Excel required.
- Ability to type and use 10 key calculator by sight or touch.

- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.

- Should be able to identify and distinguish colors, see clearly at 20 inches or closer and 20 feet or more, observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point, judge distances and spatial relationships, and adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus.

- May be exposed to moderate noise levels (i.e. office equipment, light traffic).
- May be exposed to moderate to high noise levels (i.e. production equipment, forklifts, heavy traffic).
- May be exposed to humidity, intense heat and cold, outdoor weather conditions, and fumes and toxic chemicals.
- May work in areas with mechanical moving parts, above ground with risk of fall, or areas with risk of electrical shock.
