The Opportunity

As an E-commerce Pricing & Promotions Intern in the Commercial department at Body&Fit, you will be at the forefront of the company's online business operations. The Commercial department is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, sales, and revenue generation for the e-commerce platform. Your role within this department will focus on optimizing our pricing & promotional strategy, driving sales, and optimizing competitor analysis to contribute to the brand's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Actioning Weekly Promotions: Take charge of managing promotional coupon codes and strikethrough pricing on-site
• Overlook Outlet & Best Before Date Process: Monitor Best Before Dates, actioning discounts on expiring products based on key metrics such as stock, run-rate, and risk level
• Ensure Competitive Pricing & Promotional Strategy: Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities utilizing both our automated, dynamic pricing tool and manual on-site checks. Suggest pricing and promotional actions based on data-driven competitor insights
• Contributing to overall Promotional Strategy: Aligning with the Pricing & Promotions Manager + Specialist in developing Body&Fit’s monthly & quarterly promotional strategy + offers
• Ensure pricing and promotions are properly reflecting on all sites

About you

• Passion for E-commerce and Fitness: The ideal candidate should be genuinely passionate about the e-commerce industry and have a strong interest in the fitness and sports nutrition space.
• Business and/or Economics Background: A background in business and/or economics is preferred, providing a solid foundation for understanding the intricacies of online retail and business operations.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure correct pricing and promotions on site.
• Innovative Thinker: Bring fresh and creative ideas to the team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with various teams.
• Team Player: Be eager to work collaboratively with diverse team members and demonstrate a willingness to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
