Customer Business Manager, Walmart

We are hiring a Customer Business Manager to support Walmart! This position is open due to an internal promotion and will work hybrid from the Rogers, AR office. As the Customer Business Manager you will perform:

• Account Management (strategic selling, assortment, promotion, pricing plans)
• Insights & Analytics (identify an opportunity with data and develop compelling selling stories with data/insights); proficient in POS, panel, scanner data
• Forecasting (leverages forecasting and planning tools in partnership with Demand Team to ensure strong supply, OTIF, in-stocks and forecast accuracy)
• Cross Functional Collaboration (drive stronger results through a multi-functional team)
• Trade-Fund Management (trade fund management and P&L understanding and ownership)
• Digital/Omni Development (improve content, R&R, search optimization)

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience supporting Walmart and/or Sam’s Club Customer Team or similar Retailer Experience
• Luminate/Item 360 Proficiency
• P&L and trade management
• Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
