The Opportunity 

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact? As our Director of Human Resources, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization across the Americas (North and South America) for the Commercial, Growth, Finance, and Legal teams. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and coach, helping to fulfill business objectives through strategic human capital and people leadership.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Chief Growth Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Financial Officer to co-create and implement people strategies that support regional growth ambitions and deliver real business impact.
  • Anticipate business needs and take the initiative to drive solutions in an effective, value-added way.
  • Serve as an employee champion and enhance the employee experience to realize our Purpose, Values, and Culture.
  • Operate as an HR advisor to leaders, providing coaching, counseling, and support as needed.
  • Foster and champion a high-performing culture that brings our mission to life through the employee experience, is grounded in our purpose and values, and delivers high levels of engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • Champion and advocate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, implementing programs effectively across functions.
  • Guide talent and organization to enhance succession plans, career development, and build capability through organizational people reviews and talent strategies.
  • Ensure all employee relations matters are managed appropriately.

  

The Skills You Will Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience in developing strong relationships and successfully interfacing with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment and navigate ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering sustainable business results through best-in-class people practices that position an organization for scale and growth.
  • Ability to design and facilitate organizational change utilizing a full spectrum of change methods.
  • Versatile leadership with the ability to have a strategic focus and deliver operationally as required.
  • Strong process discipline, analytical skills, and drive for results coupled with sound business and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent consulting, coaching, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Minimum: bachelor’s degree. Preferred: master’s degree, MBA, or relevant functional discipline.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and ambitious.
  • HR experience in Canada, United States, Mexico, and Brazil preferred.
