We are seeking an experienced Commercial Talent to establish and grow the UK Convenience channel for our portfolio of brands. This role will look to step change the distribution and activation of Optimum Nutrition – specifically RTD, PWO Shots & Bars in store whilst also supporting strategically to ensure our future product pipeline is fit to win in this environment.

The role will also compass our National Health and Lifestyle team, responsible for the UK Gym channel and the Wholesale and Specialty channel, maintaining our number 1 position in many of the UK’s leading Gyms and continuing to drive awareness and distribution through network of wholesalers into the Specialty stores across the UK

• Lead the convenience channel distribution expansion – for RTD & Bars.
• Design & execute the plan to grow distribution for Optimum Nutrition in the UK convenience channel.
• Lead the business case for incremental investment (if needed).
• Establish the ecosystem to track progress & report back to the business.
• Reset the operation plans of the field team by working with instore to support the convenience channel roll out.
• Deliver the plan externally by owning the selling toolkit.
• Coach & develop NAM to execute plans ongoing.
• Continue to win in UK Gyms and Specialty Channel
• Develop long term relationships with key UK National Gym operators
• Drive Education and awareness through the UK Gyms working alongside PT’s, staff and all other digital media available
• Collaborate internally with the ON Coach program to unlock
• Unlock new distribution across the UK Vending channel and UK Independent Gym Sector.

 The Skills you will bring to the team

• Experienced sales operator: with knowledge of the convenience channel and the complexity of large internal organisations.
• Leadership: able to envision the multifunctional team (sales, marketing, supply) behind the external opportunity, and then engage, energize and enable the team to execute the plan. Able to establish a process that enables better execution and secures buy in from the team.
• Operates with discipline: well organized and able to project manage to ensure end to end execution.
• Strategic: and intentional to optimize value and brand offtake via superior external execution
• Strong relationship builder: able to deliver with and through other experts and collaborate multifunctionally.
• Adaptable: able to manage ambiguity and lead in a constantly changing environment
