We are currently seeking a NAM is to help design and execute the Commercial Strategy across key customers in our Discount & High Street Channel.  This is a compelling opportunity for either an existing NAM or an experienced KAM, to continue to grow their career in an exciting category, with significant scope for future growth

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and shape the Discount & High St channel strategy for the UK market, looking after Superdrug & TJ Morris (Home Bargains)
  • Work with category management to ensure GPN is seen as the go to supplier for the convenience channel in the UK
  • Build strong relationships with key industry contacts
  • Build out, cost and appropriate promotional & support plans by customer
  • Work with customer & trade marketing to develop appropriate marketing support plans
  • Work with demand forecasting, finance, customer service to ensure both internal & external needs are met

  

The Skills you will bring to the team

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum 2 years’ experience in similar commercial environment
  • Able to work confidently with data & insights
  • Ability to plan effectively, but also think on their feet
  • Able to work in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Able to collaborate across key internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achievement in within a commercial environment
  • Experience of negotiating cost price increases or joint business plans with customers
  • Great communication, organisational and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle, evaluate and utilise sales data and insights effectively
  • Interest in sport or health and fitness
