Agri Lead - Glenmore

Key Responsibilities;

  1. To assist the Branch Manager in all duties required to safely and effectively manage the daily branch operations
  2. To build close working relationships with customers and to manage their own customer list which will include responsibility for debt collection
  3. To work closely with the branch manager and local business manager to explore and develop new sales opportunities and to re-engage lapsed customers
  4. To provide a strong level of Agri technical knowledge to all customers
  5. To closely monitor and manage stocks with a strong focus on Glanbia’s core Agri products at the critical times of the year

 

Key Requirements:

  1. Extensive Agri technical knowledge
  2. Strong communication skills with proven abilities in problem solving situations
  3. Team player with the ability to lead and manage when required
  4. Self-driven and ambitious, who can take direction and also work off own initiative
  5. Good organisational skills
