National Account Manager, eCommerce - Slimfast

 

We are looking for someone who is hungry, driven and ready to seize the opportunity to join one of the most dynamic & fast growing FMCG brands in the UK right now. Following the recent acquisition of the SlimFast brand by Glanbia PLC we are looking for an eCommerce whizz to join our fast-paced team, set the eCommerce agenda and manage key online retailers.

 

Location: Ascot, Berkshire                         

                       

Reports to: Senior Commercial Manager, Grocery & Online

 

Key Responsibilities (not definitive)

  • Build & execute the SlimFast eCommerce channel strategy ensuring full buy in at all levels across the business
  • Grow the presence of SlimFast within eCommerce ensuring adherence to key strategic pillars
  • Take Full profit & loss accountability from budgeting phase through to financial delivery
  • Lead strategic terms negotiations
  • Sell-in, negotiate and drive SlimFast NPD
  • Develop and nurture relationships at all levels across key customers
  • Utilise key online retailer marketing platforms to maximise exposure of the SlimFast brand
  • Represent the SlimFast business at key industry events
  • Strategically build new business that drives genuine incrementality for SlimFast
  • Be the eCommerce expert across the business
  • Drive strong forecast accuracy across the eCommerce channel
  • Proactively manage invoice queries across the channel to minimise exposure on the SlimFast balance sheet

Skills, Know How & Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ within eCommerce in the UK or across Europe
  • Ability to influence internally and externally
  • A self- starter, highly motivated and ambitious
  • Ability to work to stretching targets in a dynamic environment
  • High energy, high creativity but ability to work through the basics too
  • Results orientated
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential
  • Strong Industry & Channel Knowledge a pre-requisite
  • A team player
