Position Title: Assistant Sales Manager (TikTok Operations)

Principle Accountabilities 

Sell-out Management & Excellence 
• Work with marketing team to develop and execute online business format, fit with overall commercial strategy. 
• Drive Distributor’s team on monthly GMV/sell-out target achievement and roll out sales and marketing activities to support this GMV target delivered. 
• Drive execution of online commercial activity to assure consistence and harmonization with Ecommerce business, mainly including, assortment, pricing, and consumer promotion.
• Develop livestream, KOL and paid media sales strategy to increase brand awareness and GMV.
• Discover new trend and new ways to operate in the category, and look for new opportunity and growth points.

Sales Management 
• Build solid connection and maintain good relationship with key Ecommerce platforms. 
• Manage DP partners on TikTok, formulating the overall operation of TikTok platform, completing annual, monthly sales target and plans 
• Collaborate with brand marketing and trade marketing team to facilitate an integrated business planning and commercial terms for leading the execution with distributors to maximize business growth opportunities
• Support distributor improve RTM efficiency from forecast, ordering, fulfilment and delivery by co-working with functioning Supply Chain and Customer Service team


Skillset & Experience 
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Business, Commerce etc.
• Around 2-3 years TikTok experience specializing in FMCG consumer goods in China.
• Strong sales management and trade marketing (commercialization) knowledge from CPG, retail environments.
• A track record of experience in sales within a food, beverage, nutrition or FMCG sector
• Strong work ethic with a focus on delivering outstanding results
• Good common sense and initiative
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Strong data sensitivity and excellent microsoft office skills
