IT Digital Employee Experience Analyst


An opportunity has arisen within Glanbia Business Services (GBS) for an IT Digital Employee Experience Analyst. This is a Permanent position and will report to the IT Digital Employee Experience Lead.


The base location of the role will be Aurora, Illinois with a blended working arrangement available through our Smart working model which allows you a greater choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work-life balance.


The primary role of the Digital Employee Experience Analyst is to work alongside the Digital Employee Experience Lead to maximize the effectiveness of individual employees, teams and the organization by assisting with the design of workplace services for engagement, building them for scale and running them for continuous change.  The IT Digital Employee Experience Analyst will play a key role in our Digital Workplace Programme of work, delivering customer-facing engagements, awareness and training around the use of Microsoft 365 services.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Assist with championing the needed organizational and process changes
  • Facilitate online hosted workshops and webinars to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Frequent interaction with internal groups of various sizes, including senior executives and leaders, IT stakeholders, and end users both in person and via online meetings.
  • Partner with business SMEs through our Champions Network to create change plans including comms and learning content that is engaging and relevant.
  • Developing instructional content and quick reference materials to be used for customer adoption programs.
  • Providing excellent customer communication both in person and in all written interactions, representing Glanbia in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Working and collaborating with a cross-functional team across IT
  • Giving employees a voice by allowing them to participate in innovation drives and hackathons
  • Applying and challenging shortfalls in customer and user experience principles


Qualifications / Experience

  • 3rd Level relevant technical qualification and operational experience in a Global dispersed organisation
  • In dept knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365 Services.
  • Experience in a customer facing role providing accurate demonstration of the use technology to increase adoption.
  • Experience in delivering and developing end user IT training, content creation and marketing campaigns in a global organisation.
  • You will have well practiced interpersonal skills and an ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders confidently, being fluid and adaptable while keeping a keen eye on deliverable outcomes.
  • Experience in delivering IT training to end users.
  • Development of tailored content to ensure they are engaging, creative, and fully customisable.
