Manager, Financial Reporting - Supply Chain

We are hiring a Manager of Financial Reporting within Supply Chain Finance to work with the Global teams ressponsible for consolidating and reporting for global Product Supply and reporting on GPN's continuous improvement function.  Looking for  “big picture” of results. A strong candidate for this role is one who can identify the key drivers and help “tell the story” to leadership in a simple, easy to understand manner.  This is a new role as we add positions to support our growth!

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Standardize reporting between different brands and regions.
    • Use meaningful KPI’s to help tell the story.    
  • Consolidate, create, and present monthly global Product Supply reporting.    
  • Liaison with each brand and region to set timelines for forecast and budget submissions and to ensure that they are meeting their commitments.    
  • Consolidate, create, and present global Product Supply forecast and budget decks.    
  • Analyze and review reports with management.
    • Recommend actions to lower costs.    
  • Improve our current reports and create new reports that add value by analyzing the key variances and summarizing the story in an easy to digest manner.    
  • Maintain global R&O.    
  • Lead the reporting for GPN’s continuous improvement program.    
  • Ensure that the forecasted savings for CI projects are accurate.    
  • Create ad-hoc analysis and presentations.    
  • Work closely with the rest of the Finance team.    

 

Ideal candidate background has: 

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience
  • FP&A experience and Report consolidation
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Team player – Will be working with various functional owners at the plants, within Finance, and at corporate.
  • Analytics – Analyze data and recommend actions to improve.
