Job Summary: 

Optimum Nutrition (ON) is world’s no.1 sports nutrition brand, endorsed by sports icons like Neeraj Chopra and Rishabh Pant, apart from several other top fitness influencers.
Purpose of this role is to strengthen the brand by raising the bar on Communication excellence and by Leading Innovation projects from insights to in-market.  

•    Communication development: Support development of creative digital first advertising content to drive the Mental metrics for the brand and monitor campaign implementation
•    Category development : Identify relevant consumer need gaps and generate ideas with high size of opportunity    
•    Manage Innovation pipeline : Develop a strong innovation pipeline by evaluating the new product concepts on the Right to Win Innovation Pyramid  
•    Grow extensions : Generate trials for the extensions through right value propositions, right assortment, robust sales kits for offline, compelling content for ecommerce channels 
•    Brand activations: Own all internal/ external brand events (online and offline) and Recommend corrective brand initiatives through analysis of market trends/ channel knowledge/ internal sales data 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
•    Multitasking ability with a strong drive to take up more challenges
•    Influencing skills to push brand agenda, on-ground and with commercial teams
•    Strong in agency management and project management skills 
•    Ability to pick up insights (by analysing market trends, internal sales data, channel data) and determine corrective brand initiatives  
•    Appreciation of the health, fitness & lifestyle industry with a liking for building nutritional products, will be preferred  

•    MBA from a Tier I B school (IIMs, FMS, XLRI, SP Jain, JBIMS, NITTIE, SIBM, MDI, IIFT)
•    Overall 6 years post MBA experience, preferably in FMCG 
•    Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, including innovations
•    Channel Understanding of offline trade and Amazon
•    Experience in managing external agencies (creative, media, social, BTL)
