We are hiring a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing a “top five” Glanbia Nutritionals’ Cheese accounts.  You will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and best in industry products.  

 

 

Responsibilities as the Key Account Sales include:

  • Manage customer needs with regards to complete GN portfolio.
  • Assist in the identification, development and execution of market opportunities to increase sales and distribution of the company’s portfolio
  • Coordinate all aspects of customer care from original order with customer service to order shipment and ensuring or managing any issue that may arise
  • Prepare sales quotes, negotiate pricing and provide business solutions to effectively close sales
  • Present and deliver sales programs, custom solutions and answer questions related to pricing, product knowledge and availability
  • Interface with customers to resolve collection issues
  • Meet with customers for face-to-face meetings to promote new products, enhance customer relationship, address any product queries and ensure we are selling all materials and services we can offer
  • Track monthly sales & profit to ensure that no business is lost due to competitive pricing, availability, lead times or any other problems encountered by our customers with relation to our products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders driving customers’ needs.
  • Ensure all service issues are dealt with to the satisfaction of the customer and Glanbia Nutritionals.
  • Provide technical support to the customer for assigned product range.
  • Support preparing annual budgets and sales/business plans for customers in which this position has responsibility.

 

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year university
  • A minimum of 5 years progressive and proven sales experience, preferably in food, ingredients or similar B2B
  • Proficient with MS Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with CRMs, forecasting tools, etc.
