Key Accountabilities

  • Produce budget and forecast income statements for Nordic region (Brands: Nutramino and ON) to explain movements and provide commentary on movements from previous forecast and previous year
  • Financial modelling and analysis as required to support the growth of the region
  • Conduct sales forecasting for GPN brands and accounts in coordination with financial control, FP&A, sales and marketing teams
  • Responsible for the oversight and control of all price lists for the Nordic business with a key focus on accuracy & standardisation of pricing approach
  • Ensure that adequate pricing/rebate controls are in place with a focus on maintaining a robust overall control framework around any pricing changes
  • Provide analysis to support sales, marketing, RGM and finance teams to make strategic planning decisions around trade spend
  • Assisting the Head of FP&A, Europe on the on-going development of the FP&A function within Nordics and its support of the commercial operations
  • Support the regional FP&A team in delivery of Revenue & Margin estimates by country during month end, budgeting & forecasting cycles
  • Value Chain Analysis, Commercial and Month End Reporting
  • Being the go to finance person for Nordics – managing E-boks other ad hoc daily accounting tasks

  • On-going requirement for financial analysis in a dynamic and growing business
  • Continually developing the financial modelling and analysis of the commercial business to ensure that it is providing accurate, relevant and insightful information that drives decision making
  • Managing projects which require cross-functional and group participation in project teams
  • Strong business partnering experience with positive feedback from Commercial Team


About You

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Degree educated or equivalent as well as being a Qualified Accountant – ACA
  • Proven 1 – 2 years’ experience as an analyst within an FP&A/commercial finance role
  • In depth knowledge of accounting and financial principles as well as technical accounting skills
  • Experience of/or exposure to working directly within international markets within a CPG environment
  • Experience in working and influencing in an environment of rapidly changing workload, tight deadlines, in the context of high client expectations and tight time frames
  • A self-starter who has the ability to work well within a team and across geographical boundaries
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, good judgement making and logical decision maker
  • Proven track record of stakeholder management
  • SAP experience an advantage
