The opportunity where you will make an impact:

The Customer Business Manager, Amazon will lead the implementation and adoption of best-in-class scalable Ecommerce capabilities, solutions and processes for Amazon US. This role will be responsible for leading the Healthy Lifestyle brands (think!, Isopure, Amazing Grass) on Amazon US.

This person will be responsible for deploying Ecommerce expertise across the organization, allowing the business to stay ahead in the digital space. Collaborate closely with partners across commercial, marketing, supply chain, and finance to operationalize within the organization to drive Amazon sales growth, improve & evolve shopping experiences, conversion, and align with the business’s overarching strategy.  You will build and grow commercial relationships with our Amazon partners to help become the go to Nutrition and Wellness partner for digital leadership. 


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic partnerships with Amazon, Advertising, Fresh, and Business teams to mutually deliver against customer and sales objectives
  • Lead revenue budget planning and forecasting for Healthy Lifestyle brands on Amazon US  to deliver on net sales and profit targets
  • Own Amazon customer trade budget for Healthy Lifestyle brands. Manage customer growth and profitability targets.  
  • Partner with supply chain to ensure best in class supply chain operations, demand forecasting, and in stock rates on Amazon.  
  • Own Amazon catalog for 3 brands; managing master data, digital content strategy and development, title and bullet point copy, new item set up process, and product page design.
  • Develop, measure, and track the KPIs for success on Amazon across the GPN organization.
  • Drive key capabilities – path to purchase understanding, digital shelf, ratings and reviews, A+/ B+ Content, working alongside key partners and agencies
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive digital marketing activities such as Media, SEO, Social, Affiliate Marketing, and Merchandising placements on Amazon.
  • Create trusting/strong relationships with key decision makers and bring deep understanding of Amazon strategic interests, priorities, and growth opportunities to GPN.

  • Strong influencing skills to create the right internal and external partnerships
  • Analytical horsepower focused on creating, analyzing & activating key insights
  • Curious mindset into how shopper’s needs & behaviors are evolving
  • Significant experience with digital retailers, supplier knowledge and with extensive knowledge of the digital landscape
  • Strong understanding of a P&L and impacts from basic decision making can have on P&L
  • Determination to achieve and willingness to continually learn with a proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results
  • Self-Starter, highly motivated and ambitious
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Excellent project management skills



  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years working with Amazon Retail
  • CPG industry sales, marketing or strategy experience with a manufacturer or retailer
  • Experience with customer negotiations at management levels
  • Experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals and audiences in both written and verbal methods
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and in leading peers and key project groups. Position requires a highly creative, collaborative, and persuasive style
