Digital Art Director

Primary responsibility is to develop concepts and ideas that reflect the creative strategy and meet the needs of the objective. You will translate the concepts visually to meet the needs of the objective as directed by the Creative Director.

 

  • In a “hands on” role, oversee and produce concepts and artwork that visually communicates outlined objectives
  • Interpret strategy to determine direction for visuals
  • Manage the direction and quality control of our Digital Art – in social, retailer collateral, eblasts, landing pages, websites, UX/UI, etc.. 
  • Work with graphic designers to ensure desired look, feel, style are on target
  • Design websites, retailer collateral, and email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and other promotional materials for our Brands
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions by contributing/generating ideas/concepts to meet client’s objectives, strategies and needs.
  • Ensure that assigned brands are following their determined guidelines and standards including all legal aspects (if applicable) are covered (Trademarks, branding, copyright, etc.)
  • Present creative project recaps for all team members and brand leads on a project-by-project basis.
  • Ensure management team is advised on all stages of project progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years relevant design experience is required
  • Must have the ability to work in the conceptual (campaign ideas), exploratory (mood boards, explorations) - everything from selling the idea to execution of the art.
  • Experience with photography, video, and/or motion graphics is a plus.  
  • Highly proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc..) and Keynote/PowerPoint
