The Core PSO Services Coordinator plays a critical role in assisting and providing support to the core services and specialized services team in the People Success Organization. 
They will develop and maintain strong HR Knowledge across the employee lifecycle and will partner closely with other members of the People Success Organization, HRBPs, and COEs to ensure requests are handled in a timely manner and with professionalism.  

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work as part of a team to deliver a quality and professional employee-facing support service in line with agreed SLAs  
  • Respond to and resolve, where possible, routine HR service inquiries and issues via ECSC ticket 
  • Treat all information as strictly confidential and to only discuss matters with the relevant persons, escalating any potential breaches identified
  • File and retrieve employment-related records upon request
  • Assist with scheduling and securing logistics for global meetings as needed
  • Schedule phone and in person interviews for hourly and salaried candidates for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR
  • Process HR related invoices and POs for the COEs and business in SAP and Ariba
  • Create relevant documentation to support various processes (e.g. employment verification letters) based on existing templates in the document management tool

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Associate Degree or higher or commensurate experience is preferred 
  • 1-3 years of HR administration 
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Success Factors
  • Spoken and written fluency in English required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills and listening skills
  • Strong organization and execution skills, and timely and thorough follow-through and follow-up of tasks
  • Must be a team player and work well with others
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 
  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies
