The opportunity where you will make an impact:


This role is a contract position and will be supporting Finance and Procurement in Performance Nutrition, while business partnering the wider business.

  • Utilize Weekly and Monthly Reporting to track Key KPI’s
  • Investigate & document root cause analysis of process failures
  • Follow agreed escalation paths to resolve issues
  • Review Key Metrics, engage with the PN Business and Stakeholders to ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are being met
  • Demonstrate a strong Compliance oriented mind-set & help build a strong compliance culture
  • Complete Step Action Guides where required
  • Management and Analysis of query invoices, and follow through to resolution
  • Conduct external calls to customers or suppliers as instructed
  • Provide training to the business on documented process where required
  • Management of invoice failures, identify root cause and drive resolution
  • Lead Business Unit meetings to resolve issues
  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with other departments and colleagues
  • Communicate and follow up effectively with stakeholders on issues & resolution
  • Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures; and meets defined goals and activity metrics


What you will bring to GPN:

  • Experience in P2P or Shared Services function desirable
  • Evidence of any other professional qualifications and training, either completed or underway, would be highly desirable
  • Strong Accounts Payable or Procurement experience, preferably in a Shared Services environment is desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear manner to colleagues and customers
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle large data with an excellent degree of accuracy
  • Strong analysing & troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to build & maintain relationships
  • Driven and motivation to strive in a work from home environment
