We are looking for a commercially savvy Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator who is passionate about the sports nutrition industry to help support members of the Leadership team. You will ensure that they receive a high standard of professional support, in particular with diary management and making complex travel arrangements.

 

This is a 6 month contract role.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing efficient administrative support to a number of members of the Leadership team
  • Extensive diary and calendar management
  • Organising complex travel arrangements including booking flights, visas, accommodation, trains and taxis
  • Managing a busy inbox and responding as requested
  • Assisting with coordination of events, internal and external meetings etc.
  • Raising PO’s/credit card account maintenance /goods receipting
  • Expense Reporting on behalf of the Leadership team
  • Team Flight approvals
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc and confidential administrative and project requirements as needed such as filing, preparing presentations etc.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team
  • Occasional reception cover

  • Building effective relationships with people in different locations, cultures and time zones to understand the work issues they face and any key differences
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to distil complex business and technical concepts and express them in clear relevant messages

     

Requirements:

  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in a highly administrative role supporting at senior level
  • Extensive experience in diary/calendar management and making travel arrangements
  • Excellent PC skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the gravitas to communicate and deal confidently with members of the Senior Leadership team
  • An interest in HR related activities is an advantage
