Where Ambition Meets Nutrition – Human Resources (HR)

Glanbia is offering excellent career opportunities to high-performing HR Graduates.  Here, you’ll be involved with:

  • Providing essential support to the implementation of Glanbia’s global initiatives including Talent Management, Information Systems, Culture Management and Recruitment and Development 
  • Providing support in development of the global human resources policies, procedures, and programmes, ensuring compliance of the above
  • Assisting with the annual Performance Review and Salary Review process
  • Delivering excellent customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring service level agreements are achieved. This is be accomplished by working closely with HR Business Partners, Recruitment and wider HR & Glanbia teams
  • Administering end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including (but not limited to); new hires, leaves of absence, contractual changes (hours, level, salary and benefits), secondments and leavers
  • Preparing and presentation of HR reporting packs and insight analysis for HR management to summarise trends and actions required
  • Work with Talent Acquisition and the HR Business Partners across business units to support the execution of the Talent Acquisition strategy and plan within their functional areas
  • Coach and train recruiting Managers in the use of assessment tools and best practice interviewing techniques
  • Contribute to various recruitment related projects and strategic initiatives
  • Supporting employee onboarding, including induction documentation and coordination of probation reporting
