Role: Commercial Administrator - UK

Reporting to: Retail Sales Director - UK

Job Purpose:  

To provide administrative support the UK Sales & Marketing Team and assist in the day to day running of the UK office

 

Principal Accountabilities (not definitive)

  • Provide on-going support to the Commercial Team to ensure needs of Customers are met:
    • Set up of new accounts
    • New line form completion for customer listings
    • National Account admin
    • Customer performance data collection
    • Assist building presentations
    • Manage samples & POS requests
    • Support sampling activity management in key customers
  • Provide on-going support to UK marketing team
    • New vendor set up
    • Raising purchase orders
    • Sample request
  • Provide general office administrative support
    • Booking meeting rooms onsite / offsite
    • Raising purchase orders for office supplies
  • Provide adhoc support to UK Leadership team (meeting booking / travel)
