This role with Optimum Nutrition will spearhead the establishment of the Brand’s sports & fitness community designed to broaden brand awareness and usage occasion, educate consumer on the category and drive higher rate of referral.


You will develop the best PT program in the UK&I, crafting the strategy, the growth plan, the animation calendar and building fruitful working relationships with the best PT in the market. Working with the Talent & Partner Marketing Manager, and the wider marketing team you will develop a program that drive a step change in brand advocacy and differentiation that can inspire the rest of the world.


The opportunity where you will make an impact:

  • Build the strategy for the PT program to achieve the overall brand awareness objective.
  • Craft the recruitment plan to find and enrol a diverse and credible PT community that anchors the brand as a facilitator of performance journeys.
  • Manage and animate the newly created community to deliver a unique experience that drives premium credentials and create ultimate advocates of the brand.
  • Activate non-traditional rights packages with sporting entities and event properties.
  • Identify and initiate tactical partnerships that drive brand exposure and product availability.
  • Realise a full calendar of content that amplifies talent, partner and community associations that are aspirational and informative for the consumer.

What you will bring to GPN:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Sports & Fitness industry
  • Well connected within key scenes
  • Experience of storytelling within a brand context
  • Passion for sports nutrition
  • Community & talent management experience desirable
  • Experience in negotiating and activating sponsorship rights desirable
  • Understanding of marketing with a focus on digital
