We are looking for a Digital Specialist to develop and execute the strategic digital Marketing plan and process which establishes a strong identity and presence for GPN brands online delivering against the overriding marketing and commercial teams KPI's and targets. This role will work closely with the brand marketing team, E-commerce, sales teams and other business units to ensure a customized digital route-to-market approach is deployed to maximize content to commerce conversion of GPN brands.


The opportunity where you will make an impact:

  • Execute digital marketing, including diversified social media, e-commerce, CRM, SEO.SEM etc.
  • Work with commercial team to optimize the store decoration, product information and educational content
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Analyse user funnels, conversion points and end-to- end user experience across multiple digital touch points
  • Digital Media planning & buying responsibility
  • Leverage all digital vehicles including web, mobile, search, social, on-line, Ecomm, blogs, aggregators to strengthen brand and optimize returns
  • Devise and execute strategies to drive online traffic and sales


What you will bring to GPN:

  • 1 -2 years' experience in digital marketing execution
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Well versed with effective execution on Facebook Ad centre, setting up of ads to optimize for various KPIs (conversions/ Awareness etc.) on Facebook and Instagram
  • Experience working on performance marketing metrics on ecommerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee is desirable 
  • Conducts post campaign reporting and analyses in order to deliver reports on the performance of marketing and ecommerce campaigns.
