Maintains SAP Equipment and Parts.

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Essential Functions

 

  • Process work requests and work orders
  • Prepare and define work orders                              
  • Identify materials, parts and labor for work orders                          
  • Coordinate equipment shut downs                        
  • Compile requisitions and other parts acquisition documents           
  • Maintain and file blue prints and equipment manuals and equipment history files
  • Work with computers and various software including SAP
  • Coordinate employee training
  • Leadership abilities and the respect from the crafts person
  • Maintains Part Inventory
  • Order Parts
  • Set Min. and Max. Levels on Inventory
  • Update Equipment list
  • Data entry for work orders and inventory
  • Cycle counts and inventory updates
  • Stock management including receiving and parts check out
  • SAP system maintenance
  • Complete office filing, manage incoming / outgoing paperwork
  • Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act which are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.
  • Complies with all applicable food safety regulations and mandates (Safe Quality Foods, Food and Drug Admin, Pasteurized Milk Ordinance)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals and ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Ability to operate (or learn to operate) necessary equipment
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Excellent record required in safety, attendance, and punctuality
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Ability to stand and walk the entire shift if needed
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Ability to read and write instructions in English
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Knowledge of the proper use of all cleaning chemicals
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Must be able to work weekends, and overtime as required
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Must have the knowledge in crafts to be planned
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Must have the ability to plan work and foresee problems
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Must understand job planning, budgeting, and customer needs
