Supervisor’s Title: Production Manager

Exempt Status: Hourly
Job Summary
Lead the training program for the Richfield Whey Plant.
Essential Functions
- Audit and track training system performances
- Coach operators on correct procedures
- Coach operators on correct food safety, quality, regulatory and employee safety practices
- Perform Root Cause investigation and follow through for training related problems
- Conduct training of staff and new hires
- Assign and report on Alchemy training completion
- Assist plant management in projects as assigned
- Ensure plant meets, and employees follow current GMP and SQF standards
- Present training to operations group on a regular basis
- Work in accordance with Glanbia core values
- Create, modify, and train out documents including SOPs, SWIs, and OPLs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Functions
- Regular and timely attendance required. Hours will be primarily M-F days. Night, weekend and overtime work will occasionally be required.
