The Opportunity 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to manage product movement efficiently across our warehouses and production sites. You’ll be the linchpin ensuring our inventory is precise and our products are where they need to be, when they need to be there. This permanent position will report to the Warehouse Manager and duties will include but are not limited to the following;  

• Identify and rectify variances swiftly to maintain our commitment to accuracy. Investigate any shipping related errors and establish root-cause to develop corrective actions.
• Keep our inventory figures up-to-date weekly and generate reports that drive our business forward.
• Be an active member in our continuous improvement journey.
• Proactive shipment of samples for extra testing and manage special shipping instructions to exceed customer expectations.
• Accurate order processing
• Drive process improvements for greater business value.
• Prepare product and documents for daily shipments.
• Active participation in weekly meetings (to review orders with customer service).

   The Skills you will bring to the team

• Proven ability to work independently and stay motivated.
• Experience in order processing, warehousing and/or inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Capable of working effectively across different departments.
• No degree required; practical experience valued.

The opportunity will be based in Twin Falls, Id with hybrid working arrangements available. Some in office days may be required.
