The Opportunity 

 

Develop and Drive Taiwan online sales

  • Accountable for driving online sales for e-commerce in Taiwan Focused on Account management and commercial management of Marketplace and Pureplay e-commerce retailers in Taiwan. Includes JBPs and commercial negotiations with distributors and/or platform partners.
  • Manage E-commerce business end to end - inventory forecast, logistics, purchase, customer service and familiar with applications on e-commerce platforms.

 

E-commerce Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Data consolidation and reporting for Monthly, Quarterly and ad hoc reports in a timely manner.
  • Supports country manager on portfolio analysis and e-commerce business forecast. Drive relevant pack sizes and product range, support NPD projects for South Korea.

 

Campaign Development and Execution

  • Brand development on e-com via commercial campaigns, consolidating monthly sales and marketing performance.
  • Drive content optimisation and frictionless customer experience on digital shelf and related product pages.
  • Manage marketing and trade promotion spend and platform relevant projects collaborating with marketing, ensuring ROI/ROAS is maximised. 
  • Drive performance marketing with 3rd party vendors and distributors in collaboration with marketing.

 

Projects

  • Partner with agency to stay abreast of competitor trends, identify opportunities to maximise revenue and drive demand via performance marketing. Implement channel projects.

Distributor Management

  • Negotiate annual sell-in target with distributors
  • Closely monitor distributor’s sell-in / sell-out & inventory performance to ensure healthy business development
  • Identify / assess value chain of each brand / sku to distributor to ensure setting right pricing strategy among nutrition category and in line with Taiwan market pricing strategy
  • Build strong relationship with distribution partners to ensure sustainable growth in their respective platforms and delivering annual targets.


 The Skills you will bring to the team

  • Hands-on experience delivering cross border e-commerce sales and operations (Minimum 5 years). Track record of delivering e-commerce performance on Brand official stores, 1st or 3rd party online sellers.
  • Experience and understanding of workflows, operational management and marketing tools under e-commerce platforms.
  • Previous experience working with e-commerce distributors to implement key business initiatives by brand and retailer.
  • Ability to breakdown value chains for domestic e-commerce.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to work across a culturally diverse group of people and markets. Embraces teamwork and diversity as a key value.
  • Strong experience in Sales & Marketing, Commercial and/or Business planning with data analytics (minimum 5 years)
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate proposals and drive alignment of key stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proactive, energetic, and investigative team player.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
